Whitewater River Rafting Cuisine

At mealtime our guides double as chefs - and you'll be delighted by the bountiful feasts they prepare at our riverside "kitchens." Our delicious evening banquet begins with shrimp cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, followed by barbecued steak and chicken, fresh green salad, baked potatoes, garlic bread, scrumptious desserts, and free flowing beer, wine and soft drinks.

Our dinner menu on all 2 day trips:

Selection of cheeses, salami and local fresh fruit.
Served with fresh sliced baguette.

insalata caprese w/ local organic heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction, olive oil, sea salt and pepper.

local organic spring greens, pears, house made Caramelized walnuts, gorgonzola cheese.
Served with a red wine vinaigrette

Tri Tip with special house made rub
BBQ Chicken with homemade sauce
Vegetarian mushroom risotto
Ginger and lemongrass grilled shrimp
All served with local organic herb baked Fingerling potatoes and local organic seasonal greens

Fresh brownies with local made Gelato from Zia's.

Smores will be provided around the campfire at night!

*we would like to thank SouthFork farms that provided us with fresh organic produce that we proudly served in our menu.

Lunch is a deli-style buffet with a variety of meats and cheeses and all the trimmings, including fruit and cookies, eat as much as you like! To jump start your day before an energetic run on the river, we typically offer omelets, sliced ham, and blueberry pancakes, along with fresh fruit, granola, yogurt, English muffins, juice and coffee.

All dinners are served with a variety of selected wines from local Mother Lode vineyards - a great accompaniment to our steak and chicken dinner!

We will gladly accommodate any individual dietary needs you may have. Please notify us in advance if you have a special request.
